Service Cancellation by Webzatech: If a project is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or an inability to fulfill the agreed services.
Payment Errors: In case of duplicate payments or billing mistakes resulting in overpayment.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
Clients must submit a written request by email, clearly explaining the reason for the refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 2 working days of receiving the request.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment or any alternate method mutually agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital and custom services, certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Custom design work
Creative assets or branding
Consultation or strategy sessions
Any service already delivered or in active development phase
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate, timely, and complete information required to execute the project.
Maintaining clear communication and approvals during the project timeline.
Delays or errors caused by lack of input or cooperation may affect project delivery but do not automatically qualify for a refund.
