2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services.
Respond to communication promptly and provide approvals or feedback within agreed timeframes.
Ensure all provided materials (images, text, logos, etc.) are owned or properly licensed.
Use the services in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and project pricing will be clearly outlined in the proposal or agreement shared with the client.
In most cases, a partial advance is required to begin work. Final payment is due before project delivery or go-live.
Payment methods accepted will be mentioned at the time of agreement (e.g., bank transfer, digital wallet).
Delayed payments may lead to project suspension or cancellation without notice.

4. Service Delivery

Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Webzatech is not liable for delays caused by incomplete client inputs, feedback delays, or third-party issues.
Projects may be paused or rescheduled if payment terms are not met.

5. Revisions & Changes

All projects include a defined number of revisions (communicated during proposal).
Any additional changes beyond agreed scope may result in extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and trademarks on the Webzatech website are the intellectual property of Webzatech.
Clients receive usage rights to the final delivered project. Webzatech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Unauthorized copying or reuse of content or tools from our website is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client data and communication.
Any personal, business, or project-related information shared with us is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, Webzatech does not guarantee specific business outcomes or success.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or terminate service at any time, with or without cause.
Cancel a project if the client is unresponsive for an extended period or fails to meet payment terms.

Clients may also request to terminate a project, in which case completed work may be delivered based on proportionate payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Webzatech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
