At Webzatech, we believe in maintaining transparency and mutual trust throughout every project. This Payment Policy outlines how we handle payments for our services, ensuring a smooth experience for both our team and our clients.

Payment Terms

To begin any project, we require a minimum 40% advance payment. This confirms your commitment and allows us to schedule and initiate the work.

  • 40% Advance – Required to begin the project.

  • 60% Final Payment – Due upon completion of the project before final deployment (e.g., making the website or software live).

We do not deliver or deploy the final project until full payment has been received.


Deployment Policy

Once the final payment is cleared:

  • Websites will be moved to the live server.

  • Custom software or POS systems will be handed over and made accessible.

  • Online tools like the Invoice/Bill Maker will be activated for your use.


Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for both local and international clients:

For Clients in Pakistan:

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Sadapay

  • NayaPay

  • Direct Bank Transfer (if requested)

For International Clients:

  • Wise (formerly TransferWise)

  • (Other platforms may be considered upon request)


Late Payment Policy

Delays in final payment may lead to:

  • Project suspension

  • Temporary holding of deliverables

  • Additional charges if delays extend beyond a reasonable period

Please communicate proactively if you anticipate any delays — we’re always happy to cooperate within reason.
